Doesn't look like it's using Blogger. (Not every weblog uses Blogger! I have to keep reminding people...never mind.)
The CT weblog looks like it's been around a while, since May at least. It's the first religion-focused blog I've seen, although there are quite a few Christian webloggers who post Christian-focused content on a regular basis along with usual blogstuff. posted by Electric Elf at 11:11 AM on November 2, 2000
