Little early for April Fools, no?

Craigslist already has plenty of space cadets. This is the logical next step.

What happens when aliens arrive and base their appearance on the 'ideal' men and women posting in m4w... hee hee hee.

If the first thing aliens receive from Earth is craigslist, they will immediately destroy us. And they will be right.

If they don't end up buying a pair of used skates first.

I hope they keep putting the "it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests" disclaimer in, because the last thing earthlings need is intergalactic spam.

like all craigslist buyers, the aliens will show up after the item's already sold. they'll also try to barter with string, cd's, and other random stuff out of their ship.

goodnewsfortheinsane: Yeah, the 'no spam' checkbox is right above the 'ok to send to space' checkbox. I was posting something to the free section when I discovered this.

edmo: I've never tried to sell anything on CL, but I've had plenty of luck getting free stuff and buying the occasional item. But I'd hope aliens would have something more interesting than string... though, alien string might be kind of interesting.

Maybe that would be those superstrings I keep hearing so much about.
