I'm sorry to say this is a double post, though it deserves a second outing as it didn't get much attention the first time round. The BL site is one to bookmark and revisit, as they keep adding new stuff.

Yes, it seems to have both collectbritain.com and collectbritain.co.uk as valid URLs... such is liff.
