That is totally cool. But for some reason I now feel like my feathers are scattered all over the Internet.

The link jumps to a default education page. I found the journey page via search (or via info for schools, resources for schools)
So-so.

Great ride: thanks!

Link doesn't work in all browsers though: silently redirects to another page using Opera.

The link is strange...works for me ...but if not for you search for journey jet engine.

Although a repost, there's no way anyone could have searched it out given the tagline of the original.
Thanks!

My dad fixes these things (well, smaller versions of the same thing anyway...)

He'll love this. Thanks.

Man. That thing defines "horrid user interface." Tons of information coming at you from several areas of the screen, and no way to freeze-frame all areas simultaneously. You can't, for instance, use the red bar to go back and re-read the end text; pause the engine animation and the RPM meter keeps spinning up; etc.

That looks pretty cool, but...

Shouldn't the pressure be below atmospheric pressure at the intake? Is the green bar supposed to be atmospheric? then why does the pressure go below atmospheric after the nozzle?

Also, what's with the linear increase/decrease of rpm in several places? What is that rpm gauge measuring?

But it does look pretty cool, that...
