Darwin Eggs: watch as each egg hatches into a von Neumann machine that resembles a mix of the traits of its parents. About half the eggs will, if properly cared for, produce more eggs of their own! It's a miracle!

Easter is a great day! On this day a couple thousand years ago, Jesus either became a zombie, or made off to France with a prostitute. Either way you look at it: awesome. What better excuse to eat chocolate eggs?

Hildago writes " Jesus either became a zombie, or made off to France with a prostitute."

A philosophical zombie? A big-headed German whore?

I would like to thank all the jews for killing Jesus. One, because I think he was inconsistent, boring and a bad fraud. Two, because if you hadn't taken the initiative on that project, I wouldn't have a delicious chocolate rabbit and pastel-colored Skittles.

a good roundup of weird Easter things for kids from Norbizness

You're welcome, Mayor! Anytime at all! The best Easter candy, tho, is tomorrow, when it's half-priced.

np. It was mostly me and some of my buds, but I'll be sure to spread the word and let everyone know at the big meeting on Thursday. (hint, hint: watch those Fed rates!)

We want Barabbas.

And the Funk.

Mayor Curley, you made me think of Lenny Bruce's confession, which I believe is going to be the epigraph that introduces The Passion II: Let's Round Up the Jews!:

"OK, we did it. We found a note in the basement: 'We did him in. Signed, Morty.'"

And thanks for the deliciously perverted game, mmj. I hope someone can save that poor violated bunny, because I don't think I'm the woman for the job.

Let's hear it for pagan fertility festivals!

All these people all over the Internet madly posting "He is risen", anyone would think he was made of dough. Jesus piroshki, anyone?

I enjoyed celebrating this holiday, upon which the server dies, wrestles the evil JRun all day in limbo, then comes back to life.

I know there's a Passion Play out there that emphasizes reliable uptime, but I can't seem to find it at the moment.
