Interesting! Great post. Dawkins observes that he's surprised no burrowing dinosaur has been fouind, given that burrowing is a way to make a living that, as the linked articles explain, has separately attracted several otherwise unrelated species to convergently evolve. Perhaps Fruitafossor windscheffelia is part of the answer?
