NYTimes.com reports (or does it?) Bush winning KY and IN
I think this is some kind of mistake, rather than an off-sides. Explanations?

CSPAN's online tracking says the same thing. Seems to be based on about 2000 votes right now...

I think it's based on a combination of actual counted votes (few) and a lot of exit polls all pointing in one direction. In other words, if all the votes are counted in one precinct known to be very pro-Democratic, but the statewide exit polls say a Bush blowout, they're going to give it to Bush even though the current vote count is very pro-Gore.

Looks like a snafu...
This page says that 0% of the vote has been counted, with 106 (!) popular votes going to Bush (39%), and 165 (!) going to Gore. That doesn't sound like Bush won to me....something's up.

So does this mean Bush will win? I don't get it? It's too weird for me.
