wha?? So he was in an awful band at one point in his life. I've heard it mentioned in interviews, but this really puts it into perspective.

The mp3s, oh my god. Thank you! Also, once you figure out which one Ricky is, the photos are almost as funny as any Office episode. Funnier even.

Is this an appropriate enough place to piss chunks on the American versioin of the show, btw?

Those photos are priceless, though I must sheepishly admit that had I been made aware of them at the age of 13, I would totally have had a crush on Ricky Gervais.

Trivia from a college friend of Ricky's (we shared our political philosophy tutorials with Gerry Cohen): Seona Dancing was named after a girl who always looked to be particularly enjoying dancing at the UCL Union discos (UCL = University College, London).

And I still have those singles on vinyl.
