K. Did this today. Called it to show my dad. Didn't tell him anything about it beforehand, just that I was dialing 1-877-SOB-U-SOB. I had never done it before, and was very surprised when on a saturday afternoon a youngish-sounding male voice answered "Capitol" as I quickly pressed the off button. A human being? Answering a PHONE? So please don't abuse this one, guys. Naturally, my dad cracked up when I informed him who you call on that number and why the speakerphone voice said "Capitol".
