Seriously though, could someone post a link about Sean Ryder's music that's not in Japanese?

Yeah, I dunno if the music is supposed to be streaming or something, but it's not working for me and I can't fix it 'cause the website's not in English.

Shaun Ryder was great as Maccer in GTA:SA.

Shaun Ryder was himself as Maccer in GTA:SA.

(Was that really Shaun? Gallagher brothers not at a low enough career ebb to take the job? I would have sworn they were.)

Ah, yes, as NME once called him: "the shy and retiring Shaun Ryder, the quiet strength behind the Mondays' success."

I am completely confused...

So, there's a link, presumably related to the sean ryder you're ACTUALLY talking about... in japanese. Then there are links to other completely unrelated sean ryders, in english. then a picture from a british tv show.

huh?

So I go search allmusic.com for Sean Ryder and come up with Shaun Ryder, from the Happy Mondays, which explains the last picture... as just another unrelated S. Ryder link.

So what, exactly, is this post about?

Love the court transcript:

"The appellant is about 36 and a rock musician...

The appellant was dyslexic, abusing drugs and unable or unwilling to concentrate on paperwork... He said that he was freaked out by paperwork and that it did his nut in..."

Sgt.Serenity - why you put those stupid links in at the end? It would have made a good post without them. With them, it's just confusing.

Well.. I just clicked the link at the bottom of the page that had "Dare" amidst all the Japanese characters and Bob was indeed my uncle.

Shite track, unfortunately.

I helped work on Sean's car many, many moons ago whilst working in my dad's garage in Manchester. I found an extremely large number of acid tabs in a luminous yellow pill box whilst being a nosy parker in his glove box.

I was so glad to find out that he was a genuine fucking lunatic and not a poseur.

sgt. serenity, is your real name Begbie? Because you appear to be Scots! Or is the vernacular here the same as in Scotland? I should really know, since I grew up in Scotland and now live in Burnage...

Anyway, good timing, just watched 24 HOUR PARTY PEOPLE, a splendid movie about Manchester, Joy Division, New Order, the Happy Mondays and lots of swearing and drugs and post-modernism ("See that guy? That's Tony Wilson, the guy I'm playing in the movie."). Sean Ryder features heavily.
