The Green Lady was only hot via mental projection - that picture is from at the end when we see what she really looks like after her accident that left her on the planet. At least, that's what I can remember of The Menagerie.

Different green lady. The one on the site is from the prison planet episode. They don't have the one from The Menagerie - at least, not when she was green. The mental projection was green, you see, but she really looked like this. You know, the whole green look just doesn't work with black hair. The hair needs also to be green, or it just looks ... weird.

Well, I'm half right - Susan Oliver from The Menagerie is there, labeled Vina, and it is from the end of the show, when her real body is seen - but there's no picture from when she was green and hot.
