Recycling Grinds On in Minnesotaeven if the state doesn't have a budget; the Star Tribune is only too happy to tell us how it works with lots of interesting information. (I'm keeping an eye on the Star Tribune since the rightwing loonies are trying to tear it down over
its support for Dick Durbin). Besides, it's a good paper. No, I don't work there and never did.

Is this really about recycling, or a really lame attempt to get a swipe in at the Powerline blog guys? posted by Steve_at_Linnwood at 8:23 AM on July 1, 2005
Truly, recycling was the original intent. powerline was an afterthought. posted by etaoin at 9:38 AM on July 1, 2005
It's interesting about the wasted glass, but I'm still not sure what the hell's going on here. posted by mrgrimm at 10:44 AM on July 1, 2005
Sorry, I didn't explain my posting well at all. I don't live anywhere near Minneapolis, have no connection to the paper, etc. I have, however, been keeping an eye on the paper for political reasons and so felt--probably unnecessarily--the urge to explain why I had posted items from the paper two days in a row. Stupid. Sorry. posted by etaoin at 3:08 PM on July 1, 2005
