didn't they do that whole fake "modded brothers" thing a ways back? that might've been april fools, though...

pretty fucking insane. only problem with permanent body mods "for" someone is that a relationship always has a chance of some time in some future going sour (even a long one). then afterwards you have suzy tattooed on your ass, or no left foot, or something like that :P

It's good photshoppcking if it isn't just hoax material. The stump pictures (reminds me of cricket with stump-vision/stump-cam) of the girl are very very convincing.

I'm actually really surprised that this as an April fools thing. My roommate was a member of BME and spent hours browsing through the member photos and such.

Anyone who's seen the members area of the site (esp in the hardcore sections) knows that this type of thing is not that out there.

Unless most of the site has been faked. Glider? Do you have any idea how much of the site is real and how much is photoshop?

Glider is actually the guy who runs BME. And I would guess that the vast, vast majority of the site is real. I'm not sure how someone would photoshop a penectomy.

Almost everything on the site is real, and the finger amputations in the article are real. They're just on someone else (ie. I photoshopped the fingers from one person onto another).

I published a book by a friend of mine that amputated his hand to "match" a childhood friend in sort of an odd yet beautiful love story... If you search for "Losing a Hand" on Amazon you can see the book, although it's currently out of print. Doing a second edition within the year though...

I saw a couple at a bus stop a while ago. The girl was really cute, probably about 16 or 17. The guy was totally disreputable looking and morbidly obese. They were gushing over their new tattoos. I didn't see his, but hers covered a large area of her forearm and read "Porky's Baby." Gah. Marriages break up. Tattoos are forever.

And for god's sake, don't date people named Porky.
