One bacon recipe per day, every day, forever.
...or until the heart gives out. (Baconboy'll probably keel over well before Matt finishes his Ten Years)

I'll give it 6 months - and that's optimistic.

One summer, working at college, we used bacon like most folks use salt or catsup. It is good on just about everything.

Bacon's good, pork chops are gooood.

Damn, I might have to go get some bacon from the bacon cart outside.

Have they done hotdogs wrapped in bacon and cooked over an open fire? Because those things are the freakin' bomb! They'd be even better with cheddarwursts!

My friend Marc gave me the Bacon of the Month Club as a Christmas gift. A pound of bacon a month, the gift that keeps on giving. It's pretty cool.

Best Bacon recipe:

Wrap Bacon around a nice hunk of fatback. Deep fry it. Then melt some lardo over it under a broiler. Add some maple syrup for dipping.

Tasty.

Bacon wrapped tightly around jumbo shrimp (er, prawns), sprinkled with minced rosemary and oregano, broiled long enough to crisp...holy cats, that's great.
