Sounds good to me, but I'm faithless and not a leader. Is anyone unconvinced that the war on drugs is a complete failure, unless you profit from building prisons?

Never happen. If just one of those people pardoned should ever do something bad, the Democrats would be handing the Republicans another Willie Horton.

Sad, but probably true.

The possibility is there, but I don't think that it would be even remotely as exploitable as Willie Horton's case. In fact, I wonder if this might help get some right-wing religious conservatives to weigh in on the sane side of this issue.
