The city is dying, and the urban dead are filling its streets. Military quarantine units have closed borders, and are moving in to eliminate the looters, to forcibly evacuate those civilians who still refuse to leave their homes.

The context being that we're now intentionally attempting to crash his server by teaming up with boing.boing to inflict a hurricane+flood double whammy on the city of zombies?

Dash: What's your character there? I've been playing for a bit, and when I saw shots of the 'Dome, Urban Dead was what I thought of (though it seemed a little impolitik to mention).
