Is level 7 even possible? I just spent like 45 minutes on it and I think I tried all the possible angles to launch the ball at.

Holy crap, that was hard. I thought I was busted at Level 17, but I found a way out with just seconds left. After Level 19, the game ends. Total Time Score: 6658 I'm going to resume my life again now...

I love it! Usually I suck at these things, but this time I did ok. I think it would be harder if the collisions were a little less squirrely, because I uglied my way through a lot of those levels. There are 20 levels, I think? I forget.

It clearly accumulates some position error at low speeds. If you tweak the speedometer down to a square, you can make it bounce on a flat surface some 20 degrees off the proper direction.

finally! 7251 second attempt at the 20 levels - spent ages on level 20. I was sending the thing to the bottom and aiming it at the gap between the 2 blocks on the right hand side at the bottom. It then bouces about a bit between the end barrier and those blocks and after the 20th go it made it through the hole.

"Did anyone identify a real skill-based way to get through level 20 or was it just like a shoot and hope type affair?" There doesn't seem to be much skill involved. None of the other levels need to take more than 10-20 seconds, but with the last one it comes down to how lucky you are.

20 is possible with skill. I don't want to go all the way through again to get to 20, but my friend and I logically worked it out and got it on the second shot.

Level 20, go near the top and aim down at the rectangle on the top left. It should go down, up, down, then up and enter that very narrow area above the long strip at the top. If it exits that strip at the right time it'll go through the moving barrier. Voila!

Done. 7337. As for level 20 (this is from memory, so caveat emptor): Move the ball all the way to the bottom of the screen on the left. Aim at a very shallow angle through the slot on the right. It will bounce vertically (like a "W") 3-4 times at very shallow angles to get through that slot, then it will bounce at very acute angles many times, proceeding upwards on the rightmost part of the screen until it exits through the hole. Using trial-and-error, you can figure out the precise angle that solves the game.
