Sometimes you feel like a nut.... or at least your pet's do. Has your pet's lost his manhood through being neutered? Give him a ball he doesn't have to play fetch with.

So actually, the pet himself doesn't feel the same, as all testosterone in his system is gone. The idea of "feeling the same" must apply to how neuticals feel to pet owners who are in the habit of fondling their pet's packages. Nothing like subjecting you beloved pet to additional operation and risk just because you wouldn't want your nuts removed.

Perhaps we ought to make inquiries of those directly affected. I decided to ask the opinion of my neutered cat, Disraeli, who I fear is decidedly un-macho ("this cat is a wimp," comments my vet). As usual, my attempt to have a rational conversation with one of my resident felines went nowhere. However, basic feline psychoanalysis would seem to reveal a cat perfectly well-adjusted without his, um, accoutrements. Whether giving him literal balls would generate figurative balls--he is thoroughly cowed by Victoria, his female littermate--or not is an open question. As Victoria ruled the roost when he had balls, however, I somehow doubt that providing him with new ones would solve anything. I must confess that the thought of dating a person who felt the need to provide a pet with artificial balls is, well, worrisome.

If you own a dog, and the presence or absence of your dog's balls means something in your life, I think it's time to re-evalutate your life's priorities. Why would anyone do such a thing? So their dog looks "manly" and the boys down at the shootin' range and fishin' hole don't make fun of ol' skeeter?

You're participating in a pointless discussion using a computer worth (at least) several hundred dollars on an internet connection worth a few tens of dollars a month and electricity which is consuming what little fossil fuels we have left on this planet, probably sitting in a chair more comfortable than a rock at a desk made out of plastic (petroleum) or wood (trees) in a climate-controlled (okay, I'm guessing) room while billions of people live in total poverty in the third world. I barf at this kind of nonsense.
