Happy Sunshine Story Time. It's a one note joke, but it made me laugh. Possibly moderately NSFW for cartoonish nudity.

We found the Happy Tree Friends in the childrens section at Best Buy. Looks like someone didn't pay enough attention to the description.

There's a line of birthday cards like this, I got one for my brother last year, ostensibly from my son, his nephew. Teddy bear on the front of the card and it says something like "Here's Timmy the birthday bear, come to wish you a happy birthday!" Open it up and it says "Lure him out into the open so I can get a clear shot." Wish I could find more like that.

This same guy did a great book like this, called Creepy Susie and 13 Other tragic Tales for Truobled Children. It was wonderful.

Funny. Also, rather similar in tone to the Woodland Critter Christmas episode of South Park.

I thought the illustrations looked like the exact same style as The Oblongs by Angus Oblong - a great little twisted animated series.

It turns out I was right on the money - the exact same series is on his home page... the only difference being that his name was removed from the title card on the "renegade" set posted above.

Here's the original and lots more fun:

Hrmph. Now I feel bad for posting something that's been stolen. I'll flag in the hopes that Matt or Jessamyn will replace the main link with the proper one.
