The only things I've found so far are <a href='http://peteradams.homepage.com/cam.htm'>this guys cam</a>, <a href='http://www.mantrack.co.nz/webcam/webcam.cgi'>this busy intersection cam</a>, and <a href='http://www.exposures.co.nz./pages/racing_webcam.htm'>this freeway cam</a>. If there's any widespread panic or rioting, somehow I don't think I'll be able to see any of it on those cams (unless of course, someone is looting that guy's home). Actually, if the power goes out, I guess they'll all be unreachable.
