This strikes me as an awfully un Dada thing to be doing. How can we preserve Dadaist work without simultaneously undoing it? Or does this serve as a warning, like a war memorial?

The Dada exhibit currently at the Centre Pompidou, will travel to the National Gallery, February 19, 2006 through May 14 and then to the Museum of Modern Art in New York from June 18 through September 11.
