Did the US military use chemical weapons?

Did the US military use chemical weapons (video) during the attack on Fallujah? It certainly appears like something melted the flesh off human beings. Something that melted flesh off and left clothing intact (warning: horrific images). A documentary entitled Fallujah: the Hidden Massacre, broadcast by Italian state television, alleges that MK77, Napalm's much more evil twin sister, was used. A US soldier interviewed for the film stated that troops were ordered to "pay attention because they were going to use white phosphorus on Fallujah. In military jargon it's known as Willy Pete.
