You have a good eye for the pilferable, jonson. Some of it seems good, but straightforward. Some of it seems like the best idea an artist has come up with in the last 15 years.

There a delicateness of the work that makes it all the more special; the footprints in the piece NinjaPirate points to, or the icicles hanging off the castle at the end of the page, just very tiny and perfect.

Very cool. My favorites are the ones where the paper becomes an instantly identifiable snowscape with just a little negative space and some folds.

WOW! These are some of the most beautiful art creations I've ever seen! Definitely best of the web. Thank you so much jonson for this great link! Mindblowingly precise craftsmanship with a playful edge, mysterious and charming. A paradoxical combination of delicacy and boldness that reminds me of Edward Gorey, various styles of paper architecture and other forms of cut paper art.

[this is very good indeed] I can't even imagine how some of these were designed and created - it seems as if a lot of them have been folded upwards from the paper or cut out in a certain way. The profile left in the sheets of paper really adds to the effect. I think my favorite is the spider web, if only for the little spider who's abseiling down to his web.
