The 13th Storyfiction site is running "an interactive experiment in collaborative fiction" and looking for the "best online fiction" of 2000.

I like that interactive story thing. I run a similar thing on my site (except the story is linear - no branching on mine) called tandem stories. Xmark also runs interactive stories(you can even start your own!) and has links to other interactive stories...
