Katie Holmes' silent birth

Katie Holmes is to give a silent birth with no drungs to be used during child birth. New York Daily News quotes this line from L. Ron Hubbard's Dianetics: "Maintain silence in the presence of birth to save the sanity of the mother and the child and safeguard the home to which they will go."

Here's a question I'll sneak in before this thread is deleted: Does anyone know what Xenu is supposed to look like? Was there ever a drawing of him? All you ever see are the volcanos exploding.

If I take my pants off in a thread that gets deleted, did it really happen?

It is an old post, but I thought it would be somewhat controversial.

Personally, I can't imagine giving birth silently. That would be an interesting challenge. I erally found that the groans and grunts really helped me find my power to push Push PUUUUUUSH! I could tell that the nursing staff would have prefered that I wasn't so damn noisy about it, but too damn bad. I'm the one giving birth here, you're only here to help me do it.
