'Why the name ``SEA's Program?' The name SEA's comes from the first initials of Self–Esteem Seekers Anonymous with the "S' in seekers at the end because seekers with low self–esteem are never sure where they belong.'

I think... I think there's something in my eye. Oh man, I've got to go. Don't look at me. Don't look at me!

Ahhhhhh... Ahhhh... It's the "crying eagle."

9-11 makes the eagles sad...

I hate the word "cope."

At least this has given me some lovely recipes to try. Like Alice's Better Than Sex Chocolate Cake: "It's better than sex; not as awesome as coping."

Wow. I think the travelogue for Cincinnati is a bit misplaced on this page... unless Cincinnati has changed a lot since I've been there. I mean, it's not Baghdad.

Too bad they don't have a section on coping with incredibly lame web-sites.

Link to text-heavy text-based meaningless text, with some text thrown in for texture.

I once announced (but didn't present) a speech at a wellness conference titled "Handloading for office stress reduction."

Sigh.

Handloading? What, rifles?

Rifles... heh. My first thought upon seeing the link was "a gun site?" Certainly the "American" way of coping it seems. Personally, I just run away and cry. And take my Effexor.

Random factor took me to "Fear of success" which is defined (partly) as
Belief that there are others out there who are better than you, who will replace or displace you if you do not maintain your performance record.
which I thought was called "life".

Fear that once you have achieved the goals you have worked diligently for, the motivation to continue will fade.
Er, I'd have to be barking mad to continue striving for a goal I had achieved. Like a dog chasing parked cars.

And under "Steps to overcoming fear of success" there appear to be 120 questions in at least 3 of the 5 steps. I'm scared of that.
