I think he should make fun of Uzbekistan. They won't sue him. Then again, he could try Afghanistan instead, but nobody would remember his act.

I can't get past the fact that he's speaking Polish (jak się masz == How are you | dziękuję == thank you). Admittedly, I don't speak Kazakh, so maybe he's speaking that too, but it's hard to tell.
