People like Ahmed Ressam (caught with by US customs with explosives and plans to blow up LA airport), Fateh Kamel (assistant to Osamah Bin Laden and planner of attacks in Europe), Mubarak Al Duri, Osamah bin Laden's chief weapons procurement officer, and the killers of 329 people on Air India flight 182 (who may or may not be Ripudaman Singh Malik and Ajaib Singh Bagri) all live or have lived in Canada and use Canada to stage terrorist attacks in the US, Europe and the Middle East, and Hellyer worries about "starting an intergalactic war"?

Why does he keep describing the aliens as 'ethical'? Isn't it just as possible that they might be unethical?

Seems like a weird assumption.

ORI: The Bin Ladin family lived in Houston Texas and owned the largest Supermarket in History of Houston [Auchan] and was closed down on Sep 11, 2001 and never re-open and the bin ladin family still owns miles of apartment units in Houston and other parts of Texas and don't doubt that some of that money go directly to support terrorism. And!! don't forget that all 19 terrorists that attcked the world trade center and the pentagon used to live in the US.
The US can not have better ally and friends than the Canadian people, so cut the crap and try to find a better way to contribute.

Everyone is a freakin' enemy, unless it is you.

For the record, I dislike violence, I especially dislike exported violence. I can't believe that we are going to spend NASA's budget to put pop guns in space. Don't fire until you see the whites of their tentacle tips!

We will kill all aliens ethical or not, until some powerful aliens show up and kill us back. Yeah, that's the ticket! Now, where is my space pop gun? Don't move you alien varmit!

The title of this post should read "Canadian", since the article is about one well-known kook.

What do you guys want? The secrets of the universe? Send e-mail. I also have construction plans for the Bio Oscillating Stomper, the Pocket Nuke, the Ballistic Gamma Ray Burst Generator and the Plutonium Aerosol Monsoon that I don't need any more. If you're interested drop me a line.

The Drake Equation was devised by Dr. Frank Drake in the 1960s in an attempt to estimate the number of extraterrestrial civilizations in our galaxy with which we might come in contact.
