Crap -- Gore's speech is set for 9:00 PM est. That might interfere with keeping up with what's going on with my president.

I'd rather watch the West Wing too (and TiVo Spin City,) but I think NBC may not air it and show Gore/Bush speaches instead.

If the speach doesn't go over an hour, I'll be able to catch it... of course, if it goes over, this will be the second time in a row that the best show on TV will have been preempted. Aargh.

How sad is it when we (and I include myself in this we) long for a fictional character to serve in the highest office in the land?

Personally, I'm re-thinking my decision to hold on to my US Citizenship after moving to Canada. I've just about had it.

Screw West Wing. I'll be gladly indulging in the fluff that is VH1's "A Diva's Christmas Carol." No more politics for me.

If you simply must have your Ed and The West Wing, you'll be pleased to know that the network has scrapped its primetime sked tonight and push everything up to next week. It's all re-reruns and politics tonight.

A Diva's Christmas Carol! I can't believe I missed the chance to see John Taylor in a scruffy wig! *sigh*

Must. Slit. Wrists. Now.

cue: topic drift

likorish, the wig was wretched but the hat kicked some major bootay. Don't worry, it'll be on again. Plus, he's gonna be in the next VH1 flick as well. (Gotta put that food on the table somehow, I guess.)

end topic drift
