Farris Hassan's Not-So-Excellent Adventure

Farris Hassan is coming home from Iraq. Who is Farris Hassan? A soldier? No. He's a 16 year old from Florida who wanted to see the effects of the war firsthand. His trip was a complete surprise - especially to his parents.

Since it can take a bit of time before yahoo and google spider the site and include new posts in their results, it's probably best to also scan the front page for a few days back when searching for breaking news-related posts.

I also searched the front page for "Farris Hassan" and didn't come up with anything. The other link didn't include his name at all, FWIW.

No worries, grapefruitmoon, it happens (I've had to flag my own before too). I'm finding that Yahoo is much slower on spidering the site than Google. FWIW, you'r post has more background to it.

Wow, really? Because Yahoo's index of the site is *much* better than Google's - has been for a while now.

yah this kid was on the local news last night and I told my girlfriend that this kid was set for life because he spent a day in bahgdad.
