SF Bay Area Calendar in the making

These pictures of familiar places in and around the San Francisco Bay Area are quite gorgeous. Amateur photographer Adam Bukowinski shoots with a Canon 20D.

This post was deleted for the following reason: "so I'm a little biased" is a bad start to a post. post it in projects if it needs eyeballs.

ok, so I'm a little biased. he's my brother, but he has no idea I'm posting this.

They're ok, but nothing special. Definitely not the best of the web.

I know it's not explicitly self-linking, but putting up a post to your brother's perfectly average photo gallery is not what this site is for.

i second the it's-not-a-selflink-but-is-but-isn't motion.

When you get around to telling me what my cousins are doing, I'll be back.

Lake Tahoe isn't quite the Bay Area. (No, not even Emerald Bay.)

Speaking of pictures does anyone know where I can get some for free?

(I do especially like the Muir Woods photos, though.)

I'm highly partial to Marin County; I loved seeing those shots from the Marin Headlands, Mt. Tam, and the Muir Woods pictures. Thanks for the URL, quite a lovely bit of scenery!

These are awesome! You shouldn't have mentioned your relation to the photgrapher.. I suspect the anal police will dominate the thread. Thank you for sharing these, though.

I like it when people do wedding pictures in the reportage style , its much better.

BoringPostcards, there's nothing anal about pulling someone up on posting a dull link. The subjects are attractive enough; the pictures are as exciting as a weekend with your granny.

I enjoyed the pics, but get someone else to post the link for you next time. As you acknowledged yourself, you can't trust your own judgement when you know the people behind the site. I hope you don't get worked over too badly.

lol, fleacircus.

I'd say this is far more appropriate for MeFi Projects. Perhaps we need a "Wrong Forum" flag.
