    <description>They could have done number 6 a lot better. As it is, it just explains the existence of the false dichotomy, and doesn&apos;t continue to explain &lt;em&gt;why&lt;/em&gt; it&apos;s false, and why we aren&apos;t less safe if courts approve the surveillance.</description>
