Twenty20 is a terrrible name. Should have called it Quicket. Terrrible game though - you'd have to be drunk to enjoy it (not that there's anything wrong with that)

Umm....sorry guys but any continent or land mass having the name "America" in it still thinks cricket is an insect. I can never see cricket displacing soccer/football as the number one international sport. Cricket has not been adopted much by women and its rules are too confusing and even a one day game is too long for modern attention spans at mass popularity levels. Soccer/football is just too simple and yet elegant to be displaced by cricket.

I really doubt that this is gonna take off in China. If anything, basketball and soccer will become even more popular than they are now. And as for the more "obscure" sports, China's always led the way in ping pong and badminton.
