seems more like the silly pseudo ragdoll physics. All the loaded sample walks fling the character around the screen. Nifty though.

hey this is fun! it was pretty hard at first but with adjusted speed and silliness i got a little fun walk out of it. 10 frames is too short though.

The silly walks skit was funny because it was a real person, not something on a screen. Also, This isn't 1960's England, and the ambience isn't as serious as it was back then...
