I'd like to note that he also had hosting gigs on the game shows "Hit Man" and "Wipeout", and I shall refrain from any further comment.

I have fond memories of "Press Your Luck." Ah, Tammy Whammette. And that...shark thing.

In the grand tradition of black humor, yes, I think the use of the iconic term "whammy" is excellent. It was a catchword for a generation.

Of course, that said is not to make light of a sad event.

I do hope and pray that their family will be strengthened as they grieve their loss and my heart goes out to them.
