    <description>Man, we had the cutest little volunteer hibiscus (and nearby seedlings) in a &lt;i&gt;broken sidewalk&lt;/i&gt; on our rental property. I tried three summers in a row to transplant it without success, but it thrived as much as it could in the cracked concrete. Then we got tenants with a dog and it promptly died. I kept hoping for a miracle like this.</description>
