The numbers are all over the place, no apparent relationship to population. What's the story there, you think... helmet laws? Are Germans just worse drivers than Austrians? What?

Interesting stuff - the animation is of a stile that has always slightly turned me off... that gray area between very realistic and almost cartoony has always weirded me out a little bit, but as a work it's very cool.
