Hmm, I did scroll down, but apparently I missed it, I thought this happened today, rather then yesterday. Odd.

I believe the announcement about him quitting Congress did actually come out today, whereas yesterday was the announcement that he would not run for reelection, so in a sense, it is new, and perhaps even a bigger aspect of the story.
