Pink Expenses is a fun little hack. Select from a list of racy services, get presented with a plausable looking receipt, then cut it out and submit it with your next corporate expense report. Hilarity ensues (or you get fired, which is still kind of funny).

This is good. It fits nicely into my scheme of harmless pranks, such as my gut-busting scenario the other night, where my boss and I were staying at the same hotel and, as he slept, I parked my company vehicle sideways behind his. We were working in two different parts of town, but my job required the graveyard shift (it was in a medical facility), whereas his required him to get up at 7am. This backfired quickly, because he knew where the hide-a-key on the car was, and moved it, as I slept, all the way around to the back of the hotel. Fuck.

I forgot to mention that we had an employee who would use his company-issued credit card to make withdrawals at casinos, to the tune of $400-500 at a time. He actually didn't get fired for it -- they just took it out of his bonus check.

Awesome. My wife and I use our joint debit cards to pay for everything. I put the receipts on a clip for her and every Monday she gathers them and updates Quicken. There's a very good chance that next Tuesday I will Ask Metafilter how to get a 101-key keyboard out of my ass.

I'm not sure my employers would get the joke though it would be hilarious if you could manage to duplicate the total on a corporate CC bill. Alternatively it would be cool if in addition to the drop down you could enter amounts. I'm guessing they just have a couple hundred prepared receipts and are serving the appropriate one depending on your selections rather than generating them on the fly. Somehow I don't see anyone making use of their return policy.

A guy at one of my former jobs went to Vegas and used his corporate credit card to rent a sports car, a fancy hotel suite, and a high-end callgirl. Then the callgirl stole the car. Probably because of the drugs inside. I don't know if he submitted an expense report, though.

I agree that it needs subtlety. I mean, the date on the receipt is 2008. Plastic vomit can't look plastic. There has to be a moment where the mark believes it's real, and I doubt you could fool anyone with this. And the prices are way off, too. Heh. Yeah, even the casual CraigsList user would know...uhh...
