That was pretty cool.. Predictable, but cool. I could have dealt less with the fish stick commercial. (and *sigh* video links wear on me...Is it really the best of the web? Maybe we need Metafilter.video?)

As soon as I saw the G4 logo, I exited the link. G4 ruined one of my favorite tech channels, and I actually ended up canceling my digital cable service because of how badly they messed things up! (and ohhhh yes, I told Time Warner WHY I was dropping my digital cable service)

newfers - i love g4. i just had my cable disconnected a month ago and seeing adam sessler and morgan webb again really was great. its cheezy as hell but the only channel on my limited cable with that kind of attitude and sense of humor. plus they played a lot of wonderful stuff. happy tree friends and friends? brainiac? yes if you watched more than 4 hours a week it would repeat and what the hell was up with that sports/videogame crossover show that kind of stuff was terrible, but i think the other programming more than made up for it. it was definately the most popular channel on the tv in my house. what was it about it that you disliked enough to cancel your cable?

It was kind of funny. Far from genius, but I chuckled. I especially liked how they used a video switcher as an air traffic control station. Low budget fun!

For me the funny thing is seeing the exterior shots. Because G4's studio and offices are in the next building over from the one in which I work here in LA, and they film this stuff out in front of it, and in the parking lot. Mildly bizarre!
