Thought about posting this. If this doesn't get adapted as an actual game, there is something wrong with the world.

Funded by the city of Melbourne!

Who are the characters in the special moves? I only recognized John Goodman from The Big Lebowski throwing his bowling ball. And Christopher Walken evolving, of course. (Is that from anything in particular?)

The guys with machine guns were the cast of Predator.

I don't think Christopher Walken evolving was a reference to anything. But if there is a movie in which Christopher Walken transforms into a giant squid, I want to know about it!

I was actually pretty surprised one of the special moves didn't summon a stylized Star Wars Kid.

He did a video for "Devil Eyes," by Qua, didn't he? That was pretty badass, too.

I saw mario on The Live Bus. or maybe it was the Belushis? whichever it was, he was drinking a lot of beer. and was that Mega Man with the zombie cannon?

I'm blanking on the NES game the 'gameplay' in this is based on. help?

River City Ransom.

Amazingly enough, these guys appear to not actually have anything to do with:
