This made me so happy. I will send this to my old man, who is retired, has turned into a real birder (it's a surprising hobby for a retired military man used to larger adventure - go figure). Usually a total techno-phobe, he has been begging me to show him how to install webs cam out in his back field where he has birdhouses. This will thrill him to no end. Thanks.

I think it's pigeon on the half carcass. The other half used to be laying near the center edge of the nest, but it looks like the little munchers have since moved it. At first, I was worried that the half-pigeon was a dead sibbling!
