    <description>I&apos;m not a French speaker, so I had a bit of a hard time navigating the site. I couldn&apos;t find any indication of their proposed route.

Are they planning to go &lt;em&gt;north&lt;/em&gt; or &lt;em&gt;south&lt;/em&gt; of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea?

In other words, are they going through Turkey and Iran, or through Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan? The southern route has better roads and is more direct, but...</description>
