Honestly, I'm enjoying this much more with the window minimized as I'm typing this instead of watching the video. It's somewhat ruined by the fact that the actor looks almost nothing like George W. Bush (in fact, he looks eerily closer to Jeb) Other than that, better than 99% of the other Parody-Bush-rapping videos I've seen recently.

I gotta say... I wanted to hate it, but it was actually pretty good. The rhymes were amusing enough, and they nailed the Dubya snicker as "scratching" effect. Maybe gets a B/B-. At least that's better than GWB's cum GPA at Yale, right?
