Please tell me this isn't a post about the First Lady misspeaking.

Please, please tell me it doesn't feature video from like eight months ago.

jne1813, it's from a rather obscure song.

"where your grammar been so long."

You might start here. I like Doc Watson's, Mississippi John Hurt's and Bob Dylan's myself.

How's that snarksnake assbite?

This is pretty gross, but yeah, way too late.

This is pretty typical of this country's opinionmakers...just like Atrios and Kos declaring a "boycott" of Louisiana because our country-dominated legislature voted for an abortion ban. The Gulf Coast is beginning to separate the hypocrites from the caring.

Dude, you did *not* just link to Alex Jones.

Okay, it's too late to bring up the old rock 'n roll song mix up.

What about Laura killing her high school boyfriend?

I'm just asking, not really bringing it up. Don't want to cause any trouble.

Suppose old Dubya is back on the sauce and is porkiing Condi?

Just asking.

kosem and MJJJ just made this post worth, well, whatever it's worth. Thanks.

Huh. Shows what I get for never watching the teevee. I didn't realize how old this was; at least it wasn't a double.

you know, I normally love jonson's posts and look forward to his nearly daily tidbits of web wonder.

but this is really garbage. I'm hoping it's just that he set some kind of quota for himself and he couldn't find ANYTHING worth posting by a certain time limit or something.

If you wanted tourists you shouldn't have banned abortion. Not that it matters what Kos says or anything.

Oh, wow. She forgot the name of a hurricane for a second. Yes, a big disastrous hurricane, but she was on TV talking about Katrina to help the victims out.

shmegegge, to be honest, I was just amused at the repeated mis-statement on her part. I'd not seen the clip before, and it just summed up (fairly or not) my opinion of the difference between the administration's lip service to the nation's impoverished & the reality of how much it means to them. My bad that this is old, and has been seen before, and is admittedly very slight. I will acknowledge, however, that Leo Kottke's version of Corrina, Corrina is not only my favorite version, but among my favorite songs of all time, and so maybe my judgment was a little clouded.

jonson, you are a stellar poster. You are entitled to a "meh" moment every now & again.

So we're exempting unelected public figures from criticism/satire/ridicule now?
