Zuiiken English is (was?) a Japanese tv program designed to teach the viewers English using muscle memory to help reinforce the lessons. Essentially, it seems to boil down to videos of women aerobicising while chanting non-sequiturs ("is the taxi on its way?" "Spare me my life!") in unison, although sometimes sketches were involved to help illustrate a point.
