		<description>Neb, the West Bank settlements and the Israeli territory itself are all armed camps. You have to have the correct papers to go anywhere. This was obviously a way to get a victim into an area where they could operate with impunity.

This will just give justification to the Israeli army&apos;s program of &quot;pinpoint&quot; killings, though.</description>
