Romance 2.0 : Jan-M. Studt's writing/directing debut. "Businesswoman Sarah Townsend looked back on a successful day when a promising, unknown man called on her 3D-holophone. Too bad the holophone technique isn't very advanced yet. And men are not what they used to be..." (German with English subtitles.)

I liked the way that everything looks as though it was designed by Apple. Including the wardrobe. And the content ownership model.

This reminds me of that short, surrealistic movie about a world dominated by the iPod theme. I don't recall the name, and I can't seem to find it. There's a woman in a deli shop, buying slices of iPod, and it ends with a man stumbling into the street on fire. It's actually very well done, and doesn't require reading tiny subtitles.

Everything looks pretty space age except the guy on the holophone. That kind of ruins it for me. Also people of the future will all speak english, Star Trek is proof of that, even the aliens spoke english.
