Would have been better if they used different zombies for the same letters. Like two different zombies for the EE in INDEED. Shake things up a bit. posted by bob sarabia at 8:28 PM on August 16, 2006
I don't think anything could make this better. posted by mrnutty at 8:32 PM on August 16, 2006
Personally, I think the best thing about this is that it was posted by EarBucket. posted by It's Raining Florence Henderson at 8:43 PM on August 16, 2006
So what is an earbucket? Is it a bucket that holds ears? Or a giant ear that can be used as a bucket? posted by Stauf at 8:52 PM on August 16, 2006
Man, when I saw, "Spelling with zombies," my first thought wasn't the linked site but The Typing Of The Dead. posted by sparkletone at 9:04 PM on August 16, 2006
I really wanted this to be cool. I love/ loath zombies. (it's a love-hate thing. Don't get me started.)
And I obsessively chase any thread that Astro Zombie posts in...
But really, at the end of the day, this just could have been so much better. And by better, I mean, using real human-zombie-cheerleaders in photo form.
While I appreciate the effort, and I will typically stand behind any zombie related FPP, I gotta go with 'meh' on this one. posted by quin at 11:12 PM on August 16, 2006
how's evryone posting cool zombie talk!? posted by jacob hauser at 12:04 AM on August 17, 2006
@ T.D.Strange - sorry to be picky, but there's no letters "s" or "g" in the phrase you used, hence not showing off all of the letters in the design.
B+ for effort, but overall an F I'm afraid. :)
@thread - is it just me, or does the letter "B" look a lot more like "G"? Very confusing... posted by Chunder at 3:21 AM on August 17, 2006

the quick brown fox jumpS over the lazy DOG.
Is the standard phrase for all the letters I think. There are other, more creastive phrases I'm sure posted by edgeways at 7:03 AM on August 17, 2006
nice way to leech from flickr, there.
The flickr TOS makes no bones about how hotlinking photos is fine so long as you include a link back to flickr. posted by cortex at 7:07 AM on August 17, 2006
I wondered about the earbucket/Coupling connection, too. posted by onlyconnect at 9:25 AM on August 17, 2006
This would be so much cooler if it were an online version of Typing of the Dead, as the post lead me to believe. Damn you, EarBucket! posted by graventy at 12:52 PM on August 17, 2006
