Book22 is named after the 22nd book of the Bible, Song of Solomon. Apparently, it's also a great place for married couples to pick up their intimate items. Well, Christians are sexual beings, too. So, I guess that it's a healthy thing that they be encouraged to explore and if this makes them comfortable, good for them. The 'married couples only,' policy is discriminatory I guess, but it's not like we lack places to buy our sex toys, so we'll live.

I think it's actually a pretty good idea. I imagine there are a lot of people, Christian or otherwise, who would like to purchase sex toys without dealing with the pornographic stuff that comes with most other options.

(also, the condoms for sale tells me these are fairly loose-limbed Christians) Maybe the other flavors of Christianity are a little more free and easy about sex, but I can say definitively that in the Roman Catholic church and the ELCA, you're not supposed to have sexual relations outside marriage. I can certainly understand that Lutheran couples might use condoms for birth control, but unless somebody has an incurable STD, I'd be pleasantly surprised if it'd be okay for Catholic couples.

They have ben-wa balls and a variety of vibrators designed for external use, but no butt plugs, dildos or dick-shaped vibrators. I guess penetration is meant to be performed only by the appropriate body part of your spouse.
